The films main story line is based on Chambers' short story “The Odd Old Book”. The film's ensemble cast included Ari Lehman, Mark A Nash, Steven Durgarn, as well as Topher Chambers himself in a small cameo at the end of the film. The film was shot on location in Indiana, with cities including Chesterton, Anderson, and Alexandria.The film consists of several short stories: "The Collection", "Date Night", "Careful what you wish for", "Giving up the Ghost" and "The Ride". Two of these stories were adapted from Chambers’ short stories, with the film bookended by prologue and epilogue scenes featuring an aristocratic bookseller (played by Ari Lehman), who is confronted by an arrogant collector and punishes him by enticing him to purchase a cursed book.The film is an homage to the classic horror anthologies such as Tales from the Crypt, Creepshow, Tales of Terror, and the Twilight Zone. Still in production, the film is slated to be released in 2017.
