The Honor 5C is a new top pick among smartphones in the range of Rs.10,000
Honor is similar to a sub-brand by Chinese phonemaker Huawei. Its latest smartphone Honor 5C, priced at Rs.10,999, is competing against some high-profile budget phones such as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Rs.9,999 onwards) and the Lenovo Zuk Z1 (Rs.13,499).Here is our reviews section wise:*Design: Handy and well-builtBringing metal to the picture can improve a phone’s build quality considerably. Honor 5C is the latest in this breed of metal-clad phones. The brushed finish on the back gives it a slightly different look from phones with plain metallic back. This also improves one’s grip over the phone. For a 5.2-inch device, it weighs 155g. Technically, that doesn’t make it a lightweight phone but we didn’t really find it heavy while using it.*Display: Sharp and rich-lookingThe 5.2-inch display has a screen resolution of 1920x1080p, which is impressive considering the screen size. The display looks bright, text looks sharp which means watching movies, gaming and the usual browsing is going to be good.*Performance: Breezes through most tasksHuawei is one of the few phone makers after Samsung which also makes chipsets. The Honor 5C runs on its HiSilicon Kirin 650 octa-core processor with 2GB RAM. Though we have not seen this processor type before, it doesn’t let down one bit in terms of real-world The 3,000mAh battery delivers a day’s backup on modest use*Camera: Consistent in most conditionsThe Honor 5C packs in a surprisingly consistent 13-megapixel snapper. It was able to capture colours well in close-ups and doesn’t suffer from lighting issues in non-focus areas.

While the design, display and fingerprint sensors are at top, the battery life and heating problems let it down.
Priced at Rs 10,999, the Honor 5C is having Huawei's own processor HiSilicon Kirin 650 chipset coupled with 2GB RAM and with 16GB of internal storage. And it features a 5.2-inch Full HD display, a finger-print sensor and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.Over that, the smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Its having a 3,000mAh non-removable battery, too. Pros:I am pretty impressed by the look and feel of the rounded corners driven all-metal Honor 5C smartphone. Comes in white and silver. It sports a fingerprint sensor on its back panel, which lies right below the rear camera. The rear panel also features the Honor branding.Similarly, It has brilliant display quality and the objects are quite nice in it. The phone comes with 5.2-inch Full HD display with 1,080x1,920 pixel resolution that produced vibrant colours and had good viewing angles. If you like watching videos or play games on the phone, then this phone suits for you.And another outstanding feature of the phone is its call quality as well as the ability to carry out general tasks like web browsing and switching between apps.Cons:The 3,000mAh battery was a bit of a letdown. Even with moderate usage, it did not last a full day.The camera performance is not good nor bad. While the images came out nicely in well light conditions with the 13MP rear camera were good, the image quality dropped when we used the camera in dim lights. And switching the flash is also making the images blurry and hazy. Even the front camera as well not gave the good shots. The Honor 5C heats up when we play games for long or doing more multi-tasking.
